On the 23-25th of November, Limerick hosted the Leinster Water Polo U19 Cup. 3rd year student Adam Child, as a member of the St Vincent’s Water Polo Club, participated in the games. After winning the group match and the quarter final on Saturday, they went on to win their semi final on penalties. The team became champions after a very close final that was again decided on penalties. Well done to Adam and his team from all at Piper’s Hill!
Congratulations also to 4th Year student Emma Carroll who has been selected on the Irish Womens U17 Basketball Panel. She is also a member of the Piper’s Hill College team who won the Midlands Semi Final on Monday. We wish them the best of luck in the Finals on Wednesday!
