Maths classes for parents

Is this you?

  • Take the mystery out of “Project Maths”?

  • Help your child(ren) with their Maths homework?

  • Refresh your own Maths skills in one or two areas

If the answer is Yes to one or more of the above, we might be able to help.

We are holding an information meeting on Tuesday September 24th in the Parent’s Room, Piper’s Hill College, at 11:15 am (for roughly an hour). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss what would be covered in a “Project Maths – Help for Parents” course, as an aid for you to decide if the course would be for you or not. Assuming we get a positive response, we plan to begin a six-week course on Tuesday October 1st, from 9 45 am to 11 45am each week.

The course itself will be informal and easy-going, and will focus on each person’s needs – it will not be like a classroom lesson, and interaction with the tutor is encouraged.
