Troubleshooting:

Currently the Folens app is causing problems. If you are having issues with your books, try the following:

 

  • Open the app on the bookshelf 
  • Tap on “Manage Books”
  • Tap on “Reset Data”
  • Tap on “OK” when it says operation completed successfully
  • Delete each of the books on the app that has been downloaded
  • Try to download the books again, and if still an issue, delete them again and then go to the next step
  • Log out of the app
  • Kill the app by double tapping on the home button, swipe to kill the folens app completely
  • log back into the app
  • Tap on eBooks to download them again
